We specialize in custom & do-it-your-way hot dogs, hot links, polish sausages and bratwursts topped with just about anything you can think of and also served with various sides. Some of our sides include our famous EJD Chili, Seasoned French Fries, Cheese Fries and Beer Battered Onion Rings. Our menu is always expanding so feel free to offer your ideas as well. The head of our kitchen is local chef, Joe Patrick. Featured in many newpaper articles and even Good Moring Texas, Chef Joe has created a reputation for himself as a jack of all trades in the kitchen.
Chef Joe has been employed in the food preparation industry in the Dallas, Fort Worth area since January 1995. Chef Joe has held many positions in this industry. Some of the positions he has held range from Server and Prep Cook on to positions as Round chef, Sous chef and also Executive chef. These various positions that Chef Joe has held have been in preparing many different types of cuisines. He is thoroughly knowledgeable of the food industry, everything from codes, licensing and regulations to the proper preparation of the meals and food storage.
